Step aboard the 28′ RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) and get ready for a ride on the Bay unlike any you have ever experienced! After you’re outfitted with foul weather gear (to keep you warm and dry from the occasional splash), Bay Voyager takes you around the Bay to take in some of its most famous sights.
See the massive cargo ships and tug boats working their cargo at the Port of Oakland before venturing around Yerba Buena Island, under the Bay Bridge and along the San Francisco waterfront to see the Ferry Building, historic WWII liberty ship Jeremiah O’Brien and USS Pampanito (WWII Submarine). Next, cruise by Aquatic Park, the Presidio, Fort Baker (Civil War fortress) and under the Golden Gate Bridge before returning to PIER 39 for an eye-to-eye visit with the world-famous sea lions. If there’s a Giants game at AT&T Park, get ready for some fun because Bay Voyager is frequently featured on the in-park jumbotron and national TV!
